Club membership for 2024/25 is now open. The club membership year runs from 1st April 2024 – 31st March 2025.
Club membership is £50 which includes Athletics NI registration (£18). The minimum age for membership is 18 years of age.

- Tuesday – Interval training.
- Thursday – Strength and condition training or social run.
